This is a bring your own beverage and food event.

A food option: The volunteer PNWLC Catering Committee is working to create a food menu where you can PRE-ORDER/PRE-PAY bag per meal/per day (Thursday Dinner; Friday and Saturday Lunch) that will be handed out each day at the event if you so choose. An email link to access the website menu will be sent 3 weeks before the event starts to place your orders and pay.

PNWLC will be providing Friday, Saturday and Sunday continental style breakfast with coffee option, a Snack Bar as well as Friday and Saturday dinner during the event.

You will need to provide your own beverages (non-alcoholic and/or alcohol must be in non-breakable (no glassware) containers), lunch food (if you do not do the pre-order/pre-pay catering menu), utensils (plates, cups, eating utensils, etc.), coolers, ice packs, camping gear and lawn chairs (if tenting), toys, lube, bed linens, towels, pillows, shower shot nozzle, nail clippers, insect repellent, flashlight and bags for dirty clothing.

The PNWLC Committee would like to offer all attendees the choice of having quality, delicious, homemade meals made available for pick up each day at the event made possible by our volunteer Catering Committee. By having this option, it will hopefully free up your worries about what to do for lunch and food storage during the event.

The Catering Committee is working very hard to keep the price point low so hopefully everyone could afford to access this option. Also remember there will be a variety of free snacks available at the Snack Bar Area inside the Lookout Lodge during the course of the event as well as free continental breakfast courtesy of PNWLC.

We will email 3 weeks before the event to all registered attendees the PNWLC Pre-Order/Pre-Pay bag food menus links for each individual day (Thursday dinner, Friday and Saturday Lunch).

How the food websites will work:

The attendee has to select what food items and quantities they want, then check out their order for each day by pre-paying and completing the order form to confirm their food order. This helps the volunteer Catering Committee keep track of each day’s food orders.

Example: For Thursday, click on the Thursday Dinner link. Order how many items you want from the Thursday menu options, check out to pay for Thursday’s order and download your tickets as proof of purchase.

Next go back and click on the Friday, click on the Friday Lunch link. Order how many items you want from the Friday menu options, check out to pay for Friday’s order and download your tickets as proof of purchase.

Next go back and click on the Saturday Lunch link. You then have to order from the Saturday menu options, pick your items, check out, pay for Saturday’s order and download your tickets as proof of purchase.

Three days of food = three separate food orders.

You may order as much bag food as you want but just know there will be no “extras” available during the event, only the food that was ordered ahead of time will be distributed at the Outdoor Cooking Pavilion during the weekend at the designated meal times, Dinner 7-8pm, Lunch 12:30pm-1:30pm.

You will provide your full name that you registered the food with to pick up your food at the August Weekend event.

Last day to order bag food items will be Friday, July 26th.

This is so the volunteer Catering Committee will know what quantities they need for their shopping list as they get the food ready for the event.

Please make sure you click “more Ticket Info” to reveal ingredients (in case of allergies) and other notes on each item of interest.

Allergies: All items are made in a kitchen that is NOT FREE of Dairy, Nuts, Gluten, or Sesame.

Please note: All menu items will be served chilled, at the venue there will be available microwave and a propane BBQ Grill for the attendees to use.

To further support PNWLC the credit card fees are separate from the bag fee.

Please note that the charges will appear on your credit card or bank statement as MYGERMANCANDY.COM. The reason for this is the volunteer PNWLC Catering Committee’s company’s business account is handling the food and its financial transactions for the food menus for the event. The description on the CC statement should also say “Event: Pacific Northwest Leatherman’s Campout”.

Refunds: Full refunds for whatever reason will be available as long as the PNWLC Committee is contacted before the cut off of Friday, July 26th, 9am. There will be NO REFUNDS for no shows or not picked up items at the event itself.

There will be no day or night passes offered.

The PNWLC event is aimed at providing a fun and safe space for male-identifying men where they have the option of wearing their leather, fetish or kink gear if they own any.

If they don’t own any, the basic tennis shoes and/or boots and a jockstrap or jeans and a fun t-shirt will be fine to wear at the event.

Since it’s a clothing-optional event, nudity would be another option.

Please remember, it will be warm days, cool nights, so plan your outfits accordingly (and use sunscreen!).

No, however we will be looking for people to help out for an 1 hour during the event for the below positions. If you are a registered attendee and can help out with one of the below shifts, please let us know, thanks! It takes a community to make an event occur, so we are hoping attendees will pitch in at the event.

Below are the duties and shifts that we are expecting to be needed to make the event function:

Dungeon Monitor – Thursday, Friday, Saturday (9pm-Midnight. Assist in monitoring the play spaces to make sure dungeon rules are being followed and people are being safe; Answer questions; restock cleaning supplies if needed; etc.).

Medical/EMT – On-call (Assist with minor medical issues (scrapes, minor cuts, dehydration, headache, allergy issues, sunburn, etc.; answer general concerns that may arise, etc.) For anything more serious attendee(s) will be directed/taken to the nearest hospital 20 minutes way.

Parking Lot – Thursday (Time slots: noon-9pm. Assist in guiding attendees to parking spaces in parking lot.)

Tear down- Sunday (Time slot: 11am-2pm. Assist in tearing down the event and helping move equipment back up to the parking lot and into transportation vehicles.)

Friday, Saturday and Sunday breakfasts will be continental style breakfast with coffee option.

Snacks may consist of fruit, variety of cookies, variety of individual bagged chips, mini chocolate candies, etc.

PNWLC is providing a friendly, safe, sane, consensual, and sex-positive environment to male-identifying persons who are 21+ years that will offer opportunities to meet fellow leather, kink, fetish, and BDSM enthusiasts and to hopefully form future friendships while learning new skills. We believe in social cohesion, a civil society, personal responsibility and a culture of mutual respect.

If any troublesome issues arise during the event, please go to Command Base where you can discreetly discuss your concerns with any of the PNWLC committee members, and we will attempt to remedy the situation.

Please be aware that due to the natural topography and terrain of the area as well as the private property’s structural housing design, unfortunately there is no wheelchair accessibility at the location.

Yes, you must bring a valid state or government ID proving you are 21+ years old to attend the PNWLC event.

Yes, we are requiring all attendees to be vaccinated and boosted currently. We will be adhering to infection prevention and control guidelines as issued by the state and federal government in helping combat infection and spreading of COVID-19 and its variants.

On Thursday, August 3rd when checking in at the registration table you must present either a valid issued COVID vaccination card+boosters or picture of your vaccination card+boosters on your cellphone showing you have been COVID-19 vaccinated+boosted to be allowed to attend.

Failure to do so will result in not being allowed to attend the event with no refund.

Registration will be open on Thursday, August 1st from Noon until 9pm at the front entrance gate, look for the table/yellow flag.

After 9pm, the entrance gates will be closed and it will move to the Command Base located at the backside of Lookout Lodge by the metal staircase.

If you will not be arriving until after 9pm please make arrangements ahead of time with Registration on what to do.

Friday, July 26th, 8pm is the last day PNWLC event registration is open.

100% refund (minus ticketing fees) for notice delivered by Thursday, July 18th; 50% refund for notice delivered between Friday, July 26th and Monday, July 29th; no refunds provided on or after Tuesday, July 30th.

You are responsible for any ticketing fees that may occur, ticketing fees are nonrefundable.

To cancel and request a refund, please email PNWLCReg@gmail.com. The “send date” of the email will determine the refund percentage.

Yes, your registration is transferable up until Friday, July 26th. After that is it not. Please email PNWLCReg@gmail.com to make arrangements for the transfer.

If transfer arrangements are not made and the person shows up, they will not be allowed to attend the event.

One week prior to the event an email from Registration will be sent out to the email you registered for the event with instructions on how to get to the event space. In addition, we will provide the event schedule, program listings, reminder on things to bring, weather forecast, etc.

The event is roughly a 25-minute drive south of Portland International Airport, an hour north of Salem and 45 minutes Southeast of Hillsborough. Please add PNWLCReg@gmail.com to your allowed email addressees so you get our emails and/or check your Spam folder.

No smart phones or recording devices are allowed during the entire PNWLC event except inside your own tent, RV or in your own room with consent from everyone in frame. Anyone found to be in violation of this rule will be asked to immediately leave the event after deleting filmed content from device(s) with no refund, and they will be denied entry to all future PNWLC events.

Exception: Only designated PNWLC committee members and medical personnel, while on duty, are permitted to have their cellphone discreetly on them during the event.

Vehicles will be allowed to park at Lookout Lodge (main house) parking area in a “first-come, first-served” parking availability with cars lined up parking in rows behind each other as the lot fills up (see PNWLC gallery pictures). We are anticipating roughly 18-20 car spots will be available at the event, so ride sharing is encouraged.

Seldom Creek Cabin has a driveway that will allow five cars to park in a row for those lodging at it (see PNWLC Seldom Creek Cabin pictures).

Overflow parking spaces will be available to the lefthand side before the main security gate if needed.

Please note: The main security gate to the property will be closed from 8pm-9am for security.

We encourage all attendees to remain on property during the entire PNWLC event.

This aids in maintaining the privacy and safety of all attendees as well as minimizing any disruption of the ebb and flow and managing of the event.

Participants may leave the property, if necessary, to purchase food or other essentials they might have forgotten, however, the gates to the property will be closed from 8pm-9am for security.

Due to the limited amount of parking space, PNWLC Committee Members cannot guarantee quick and easy departure from the property.

It is your responsibility to make arrangements to exit from parking except in the case of an emergency.

You may not bring guests back to the event or property, only paid registered attendees can be at the event or on the property, NO EXCEPTIONS. If we discover you have broken this rule you will be asked to leave the event with no refund and barred from future PNWLC events.

You may ask any PNWLC Committee Member or Dungeon Monitor (all wearing a yellow reflective vest) or volunteer EMT for help or assistance and they will do their best.

Command Base as well as at the Outdoor Pavilion and Seldom Creek Cabin will have walkie-talkies linked to the Command Base, which is located behind the Lockout Lodge near the metal staircase, to be able to offer assistance and/or answer questions.

Alcohol is allowed at the event. All beverages must be in non-breakable (no glassware) containers.

Any disruptive or inappropriate alcohol behavior will be dealt with by the PNWLC committee members on case-by-case situation with the possibility of you being asked to leave the event with no refund.

Marijuana is allowed at the event.

You are responsible for your usage behavior. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will be dealt with by the PNWLC committee members on case-by-case situation with the possibility of you being asked to leave the event with no refund.

Other recreational substances are NOT allowed at the event.

If you are discovered to be using ANY recreational substances (other than marijuana) you will be asked to immediately leave the event with no refund given and banned from attending future PNWLC events.

Yes, smoking of any kind (vaping, cigarettes, cigars, etc.) is allowed ONLY in the below designated smoking areas:

Fire pit/smoking area on Terrace 1 Tent Camping area by Outdoor Cooking Pavilion

Garage driveway of Seldom Creek Cabin

Otherwise smoking of any kind is NOT ALLOWED inside any of the the property buildings or anywhere else per the property owner.

You should bring your own toys.

But for those who don’t have any, get to know your fellow attendees during the event and politely ask if you could borrow some.

Just be sure to return them in the same condition they loaned them to you, and etiquette dictates: if you break it, ruin it or lose it, you buy them a new one.

All attendees should read the PNWLC Rules and Etiquette as this will enhance everyone’s safety and enjoyment!

Designated volunteer Dungeon Monitor’s will only be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings 9pm-Midnight when the indoor and outdoor dungeon spaces are open.

The Dungeon Monitor’s (DM’s) rule is law. There is no appeal process.
Dungeon Monitor’s will be on duty to enforce the dungeon rules, monitor risk-aware play, answer questions and help facilitate dungeon safety. Please be courteous to any DM that may interrupt or stop your scene and follow their instructions.

During the day both dungeon spaces will still be available for usage (unless a class is presenting in the space) but are play at your own risk.

Noon the latest.
Tear down will commence at that point as all attendees need to be off the property by 4pm.

At Command Base, located behind the Lockout Lodge near the wood staircase, will be the following:

• First aid kit
• AED defibrillator

Make sure you bring all your medications and some extras for this event.

Those of you with emergency medications – EpiPen, albuterol, etc. this is the time to bring them. There are wasps, bees, and even though they spray, mosquitoes. Bring repellent to protect yourselves. If you have a complex medical history then bring a copy with you in case of emergency.

Please remember to take care of yourself! We are 20 minutes from Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center.

There is a quarter mile trail directly behind the tent camping area on Terrace 1.

Hiking is done on your own risk, so please consider a buddy system and also let others at the site know you are going out. Please do not leave trash behind (take in/take out).

When setting up your tent please try to have at least 3 ft distance between tents for a useable pathway.

The ground is a firm, soft grass surface. Per the property owner, maximum 6″ length tent stakes/spikes are allowed to be used to stake down tents.

Please use scraps of colored cloth or bright colored nylon string tied to the outside tent tension lines to help people avoid tripping over them at night.

All guests are free to use the propane BBQ grill provided at the outdoor pavilion.

However, you may bring your own camp-stove but it has to be used at the outdoor pavilion area. Please bring your own camp-stove fuel.

There will be multiple designated trash bins and cardboard boxes with liners for trash and recycling spread around the event space and emptied nightly. Please use accordingly.

The entire property is served by a septic system, so the host will provide paper products which are specifically engineered to be flushed into a septic system.

If you plan to bring baby wipes or “Dude Wipes”, please DO NOT FLUSH THEM as the septic system can’t handle it and will clog up the pipes, instead plan to drop those into the provided trash receptacles.

EXTREMELY limited refrigeration/fridge is available.

The full-size fridge by the outdoor cooking pavilion will be used to store the weekend event’s breakfast supplies and will most likely not have much additional space.

The only other full-size fridge available is at Seldom Creek Cabin (5-minute walk down the hill from Lookout Lodge) and will most likely be used by the attendees renting the room spaces there.

We advise you to bring your own cooler and ice packs to store your food. The property will be offering a small plugged in freezer chest by the indoor dungeon space for attendees to use to refreeze ice packs and there will be available a small hotel ice maker machine at the Outdoor Cooking Pavilion if you need to refill your ice chest with ice.

Possible raccoons, skunks, moles, garter snakes, coyotes and other wildlife may be attracted to the food smells, so please keep all food sealed in tight plastic lid containers.

The event space has wild peacocks that roam the property, as well as some lamas but they are fenced in.

There will be (3) shower shot douching bathrooms available during the event courtesy of Mr. S Leather. (1) located inside the Lookout Lodge bathroom (main activity area) and (2) located at the Seldom Creek Cabin (5 minute walk down the hill from the main activity area).

Please make sure to bring your own shower shot nozzle for sanitary purposes as one will not be available for use, only the water diverter and 6 ft metal hose will be attached to the piping.

Because the property’s pipe system is old, please try and flush your douching shit in the toilet and not down the shower drain as the shower pipes clog easily and can’t handle the excess material.

Also, the property’s water storage is limited, please refrain from taking any long showers or long times douching, thank you.

If you do not want to use the shower shot system, you can always bring your own portable enema bulb for quick douching using a toilet.

Per the Property Owner’s rules, you MUST shower and/or rinse off before you can use the hot tub.

Washing off sunscreen, insect repellents, lube, body fluids, etc. helps keep the hot tub functional and useable for everyone attending the event.

Failure to do so will result in the hot tub being shut down for the event.

Anyone with open wounds (example: after intense flogging scene, etc.) are not allowed to use the hot tub.

Only a verifiable service dog/pet is allowed on the property for the PNWLC event per the property owner’s request. Otherwise no other dogs/pets are allowed.

Pacific Northwest Leathermen’s Campout (PNWLC) is an 501(c)(3) non-profit organization organized under the laws of Oregon and an all-volunteer run event.

No committee members are being paid or compensated.

All funds collected go towards producing the event and paying its bills. Any unspent funds are rolled over to produce the following year’s event.
