Lookout Lodge Rooms
Lookout Lodge is the main activity area

Pricing is the total for the entire weekend package and is based on the lodge room that offers either a combo Full/Twin or Full bed. The Main person pays the initial room price, any additional person’s staying in the room pays the $75 tent camping price.

Each room has its own minimum/maximum occupancy allowed.

Attendees must provide own bed linens, pillows, etc. as none will be provided.

The PNWLC event starts at Noon on TBD.

All rooms in Lookout Lodge share a bathroom (please note that this bathroom is also the main bathroom being used by attendees for the event), along with the entrance room from Terrace 1 that allows access to the Snack Bar area and the X-rated Theater Room located inside.

Limited WIFI is available at Lookout Lodge as well as Air Conditioning.

Smoking of any kind (vaping, cigarettes, cigars, etc) is allowed ONLY in the below designated smoking areas:

Fire pit/smoking area on Terrace 2 Tent Camping area by Outdoor Cooking Pavilion

Garage driveway of Seldom Creek Cabin

Otherwise smoking of any kind is NOT ALLOWED inside any of the the property buildings or any where else per the property owner.

Lookout Lodge
Blue Room

Full size bed $115/Main person
$75/per Additional person (2nd-4th)

(minimum 2 people/maximum occupancy 4 people)

Offers full size bed, dresser, (2) nightstands w/drawers, outlet, window and carpeted floor.

PLEASE NOTE: This bedroom/window is located right outside the Outdoor Dungeon play space when considering noise.

Pink Room 

Full size bunk bed $115/Main person
$75/per Additional person (2nd-4th)

(minimum 2 people/maximum occupancy 4 people)

Offers a lower full size bunk bed with topside twin size bed, outlet, window and carpeted floor.

PLEASE NOTE: The bedroom/windows is located right outside the Outdoor Dungeon play space when considering noise.

Lookout Lodge Bathroom (Shared)

Offers 2 bathroom sinks, mirror, toilet, shower/tub combo.

The entire property is served by a septic system, so the host will provide paper products which are specifically engineered to be flushed into a septic system. If you plan to bring baby wipes or “Dude Wipes”, please DO NOT FLUSH THEM as the septic system can’t handle it and will clog up the pipes, instead plan to drop those into the provided trash receptacles.

PLEASE NOTE: This bathroom is the main bathroom for the event being used by attendees. Please be respectful of the amount of time spent in it.

The additional two shower shot douching bathrooms are located at the Seldom Creek Cabin (5 minute walk down the hill) which can be used by attendees during the event.

Please make sure to bring your own shower shot nozzle for sanitary purposes as one will not be available for use, only the water diverter and 6 ft hose will be attached to the piping.

PNWLC Cellphone Usage Rules:

No cellphones or recording devices are allowed during the entire PNWLC event except in your own room, inside your own tent or RV with consent from everyone in frame. Anyone found to be in violation of this rule will be asked to immediately leave the event after deleting filmed content from device(s) with no refund, and they be will denied entry to all future PNWLC events.

Exception: Only designated PNWLC committee members and medical personnel, while on duty, are permitted to have their cellphone discreetly on them during the event.

About the Committee

Pacific Northwest Leathermen’s Campout is organized and run by a committee of volunteers on a non-profit basis. All committee meetings are open to anyone who wishes to attend.
